Ginny Jones is the President
of Acuity Options, and has over 27
years of experience in public relations, marketing/branding
and corporate culture/change management. Ginny
has taught at both Sheridan College (Organizational
Behaviour for Communications Practitioners) and
Niagara College (Foundations of Public Relations).
Ginny is a much sought after speaker, meeting and workshop
facilitator and has spoken at and/or facilitated meetings
for the Conference Board of Canada, The Canadian Institute,
International Association of Business Communicators,
CPRS Hamilton, the Region of Halton, IQPC, etc.
She was previously responsible for launching and overseeing
four functions for the Rogers Group of Companies (RCI)
– Creative Services, Corporate Marketing, Corporate
Communications and Change Services.
An avid community-builder, Ginny is Past-Chair of Ancaster
Community Services. Ginny sits on the CPRS Hamilton
Board and recently won the Chapter’s newly created
mentorship award. Ginny serves as the Co-chair of National
Awards for the Canadian Public Relations Society. Since
launching Acuity Options in 1997, Ginny has successfully
completed assignments for the Regions of Halton and
Niagara, the Cities of Guelph and Hamilton, AT&T
Broadband (U.S.), Cogeco Cable, CGI, McMaster University,
Scott’s Restaurants, United Way of Burlington
and Greater Hamilton, St. Peter’s Hospital, Centre
for Evaluation of Medicines, The Ontario Community Support
Association and the Canadian Society of Clinical Pharmacology.
